Reliance Communications Ltd. (RCOM) is an Indian Internet access and telecommunications company headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India. It provides CDMA(CDMA2000, 1xRTT, EV-DO), GSM(Voice, 2G, 3G) mobile services, fixed line broadband and voice services, DTH depending upon the areas of operation. Reliance Communications is the fourth largest telecom operator in India with 109.80 million subscribers as of April 2015.Established in 2002, it is a subsidiary of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group.

Unlike Indian telecom operator, Reliance is historically known for Inhouse operation. While other telecom operator had outsourced major business from initially, Reliance Communication operated all business. But post 2010 it started outsourcing their business. Reliance Communication IT Support is provided by Reliance Tech Service, and Telecom network is maintained and operated by Ericsson, transmission towers are maintained by its subsidiary Reliance Infratel. Customer care operations are outsourced to 19 BPO companies.

Reliance Communications had 33.7 million data customers in which 17.4 millions are 3G customers and 16.3 millions are 2G customers as per July 2015. It had More 3G Customers than 2G Customers and average data per user is 834 MB higher than other Indian Operators. It is the only Indian dual technology operator(GSM, CDMA) nation wise.
